Moulin des Aigremonts
Located between Amboise and Chenonceaux, on the Loire châteaux route, this windmill contributes to the tourist attraction of the town of Bléré.
Authentic cavier mill, this is a rare and particular type of mill in working order, very few of which are open to the public.
Built in 1848, it was intended to grind grain. This was his primary function, but in this place the miller exercised a second trade, that of winemaker, which is why he is called mill cavier.
